Known as Mr. Warranty, Charlie was one of the original facilitators selected for the Ford Motor Company FORDSTAR program.  He has presented nearly 2000 FORDSTAR courses since 1996 and is contracted to do even more in 2008.  You may have sat in on one of his many seminars.  They include Global Warranty Measurements, Dealer Warranty Controls, Warranty Claims Preparation and ACES II training.  Literally hundreds of Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers depend on Charlie to train their staff about ACES II and warranty procedures.
