Known as Mr. Warranty, Charlie was one of the original facilitators selected for the Ford Motor Company FORDSTAR program.  He has presented nearly 2000 FORDSTAR courses.  You may have sat in on one of his many seminars.  They include Global Warranty Measurements, Dealer Warranty Controls, Warranty Claims Preparation and ACES II training.  Literally hundreds of Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers depend on Charlie to train their staff about ACES II and warranty procedures.
